Comcast Tenant Improvement
We just completed the punch walk for Comcast’s new facility in Tracy. The build out was extensive totaling approximately 17,500sf. We updated the existing 2,500 sf speculative tenant improvement build out, added a 10,000sf testing room, and the remainder included new restrooms, break room, open office, data and storage room. We provided construction documents for the office improvements and also minor modifications to the warehouse. We assisted with permitting in San Joaquin County and with a separate submittal to Tracy Fire. This was a great project and it went very smoothly. Thanks to Tom Reed, Senior Asset Manager, for posing for this picture in front of his equipment as they finalized fit up in their facility.
