Coaster Tenant Improvement
We are wrapping up bid documents for a tenant improvement project in Newark. Much of the scope of work is clean up and repairs which we have documented and included in our set of drawings so that competitive bids can be requested. We have designed a new break room for the 268,000 sf facility and also provided details to widen an existing dock door and extend the drive up ramp to add another drive in door. After bids are received and reviewed we will complete the permit documents and assist with submitting for permit. The picture shown is of the showroom in the same facility.
