3d Marketing Plan
We are working on a make ready (speculative) tenant improvement for an existing 1-3 tenant building in Fremont, CA. We have provided marketing plans that show options for the building for 2 and 3 tenants. Currently we are finalizing the permit and construction documents.
The image shown is a 3d rendering right out of our drafting software, Revit. It provides powerful rendering tools and it is all tied to the construction documents, so if a change is made during design the rendering can be updated.
