Starting January 1, 2011 new projects will be required to meet the requirements set forth in what they are calling CALGREEN, a Green Building Standards Code. PeopleSpaces will be reviewing these requirements and providing owners with information as to how this will affect their projects so that they can plan budgets and so forth next year.
