Design, Engineering, Project Management
As a licensed civil engineer our managing partner Teresa Goodwin provides a range of services including tenant improvements, structural design, project management and owners representation. We have partnerships with design professionals with a range of talents including interior design and building architecture and engineering. If you are in need of design or management services we would be happy to discuss with you the project, our capabilities, and decide if we are good fit for your needs.
Space and Marketing Plans
We are focused on the unique needs of the broker. We want to help you make deals. Let us know how we can help. A few things we have done in the past include providing updated and professional looking plans for marketing purposes, space plans for prospective tenants, 3d plans for advanced marketing, meeting with the prospective tenant to determine space needs and provide plans adequate for construction bidding.
BIM / 3D
We draw all of our plans using Revit which provides for instant 3d visualization of your project. This is one of the first steps towards Building Information Modeling. Sustainability / LEED
Beyond being LEED accredited (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) we are experienced in the process of designing projects pursuing LEED certification. We are passionate about sustainability and believe in “going green” as being both good for the environment as well as being a good business decision. We have the experience to guide you through a successful and enjoyable experience whether you want to implement some sustainable design features in your next project or want to pursue certification with the US Green Building Council.
